Morning boob ache

Anyone else have really achey boobs first thing in a morning? I end up whipping my bra off just to get some relief! Only been happening the last few days.

Im 5 weeks post op nearly and i still get it not every morning x

I had it really bad the first week, now I’m almost 3 weeks post op and still get it. The nurse said its just because on a night you are not moving around and that causes the pain xx

Remember this pain well!! Mornings were agony for weeks – it’ll soon pass though X
