Hi ladies, just wondering how long the initial ‘ouch’ or morning boob lasts for in your experience? And also how long before you can use sunbeds again? Xxx

do you know when you first sit up in the morning your boobs sort of move and ache just for a few seconds while you get adjusted? Or maybe you don’t suffer from it haha xxx

Morning boob lasted quite a while for me thoughit was less frequent as the weeks went on I’d say 5/6weeks till it had completely gone and maybe even 8 weeks for all ages etc to have gone….. sunbeds I’m not 100% but I’m sure you can go on them sooner but it’s recommended a year post op (or keep scars covered) because also the skin has been really stretched and can burn easier, I have read some ladies covering with a towel though if u can’t go that long xx

Jen i work in a sunbed shop so its kind of part of my job to use them i got told by my surgeon and the nurse at the pre op to wait 6 weeks then put SPF50 on the incisions and cover them up with something, the rest of the boob is fine is only the scars that cant be exposed to any UV rays xx
