Hi everyone, I am 4 weeks post op now and still getting achey boob in the morning. I had unders and it is just my right one that is still achey in the morning and I was just wondering how long it takes to stop? I am still sleeping upright every night etc but the aching has not gone any better in the last week or so xx

I still got this at 6 weeks & even a bit after. Everyone is different. Have to think our boobs went through a lot ๐Ÿ™‚ I had unders too, was completely flat before so had to think of everything being super stretched out! My nurse advised me to keep on taking ibuprofen or paracetamol for the aches in the morning ๐Ÿ™‚ Could also try a different sports bra if you havenโ€™t already ๐Ÿ™‚
You will feel it less & less soon ๐Ÿ™‚ xx

thank you that makes me feel loads better…I just wasn’t sure how long it should go on for before I got worried lol, keep having panics that I am moving my implant in my sleep or something haha, it seems to be a bit better with my sports bra that isn’t as tight so I might just have to sleep in that one. Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚ xxx

I am approaching my 6 weeks mark and i am still getting it slightly, it started becoming better after week 3, but now 6 weeks and still there but i have to admit its not painful, its an annoying feeling thats just uncomfortable. The first 3 weeks it was painful but now its just annoying so i am sure in a couple of weeks it will be completely gone. You shouldnโ€™t worry too much at this stage
