Mornings…..

Anyone else get proper boob ache in the morning? I’m just over 2 weeks post op.

I did, I don’t anymore but you will do for a whilem totally normal though make sure you have a walk about that will help xx

Glad I have seen this. I have exactly the same thing. Its horrible was beginning to think something was wrong. I am wondering if it is my sports bra too. Other than the macom which other one is good? Need a seam free one x

Thanks. Didn’t know if it’s cos I’m laying flat when I shouldn’t be. I’m wearing m and a zip up one most of the time as it’s pretty snug.
I’m also struggling in the car with little bumps too I get little sharp pains is that normal? X

Hi Shon…. I get the odd sharp pain too, my nurse said its quite normal… apparently its the nerves readjusting xxx

yep that’s normal as well I still get them, it is just the nerves reconnecting and so on remember youv been sliced through like 3 layers etc so you will get the odd sharp pain through your incision or boob xx

Sneezing and coughing too is awful 🙂

I just want to be back to normal. Dunno how people have massive implants i feel like I need to hold them up or support them all the time. Sure people at work / supermarket are like ‘ yeah that Girls cupping her boobs!’ X

I’m over 3 weeks post op and still get that morning boob which is very annoying but I think it’s easing off more now! It’s very annoying! And now where my boobs are dropping I’m getting slight stiffness again aswell boo!!!

I am the same. I hate wakin as I walk round cuppin my boobs lol. Kids n hubby must think I so weird lol x

I had it for bout 6 weeks n then one day I sudenly noticed it had gone its perfectly normal to get morning boob lol annoying but normal if u can manage to stay up higher u dont get it as much but no matter how hard u try after a couple of days u always wake up pretty much flat on ur back
