Most natural feeling implants?

Hi all
I’m having uplift with implants with Mr Mileto on 18th November. I’m having HP round cohesive II textured implants. Thing is I keep seeing all these girls on Instagram with lovely squishy boobs and they tend to have had smooth implants or under the muscle (im having over). Has anyone had the same as me and they’ve actually softened and felt like real boobs ?

I had your implants on the 1st 500cc and I wont lie they do feel really firm ! no idea if they will soften up but I hope so, they use textured to reduce the risk of future drooping and CC but they are quite sturdy!

I have cohesive 1 and they are rather firm!
