Movement… Spots… And dry nips

Girls need done advice! I’m 13 day post op and my left boob when I lens down n up I can feel the implant move it’s horrible!!!!also my chest is covered in spots and my nipples r really dry!! How many weeks post op do u start using bio oil??

I’m almost 3weeks post op and the last couple of days I’ve had wiered feeling, I think mine are moving too. I’ve heard it’s completely normal, so don’t worry too much about it. You can start using bio oil now, just keep it away from your incisions until you have your 6week check. I’ve been using bio oil and it’s actually bought me up in little spots and I’ve had dry flakey skin, but going to persevere. Xx

Ok thanks Hun my boobs are quite oily n spotty anyway strangely but my nipples r really dry!!! Xx

Hi I’m 5 weeks , the bio oil has made me have little spots too x if your nipples are really dry put some Vaseline on them or get some cracked nipple cream for breast feeding I got some it’s fab I had the worse case of joggers nipples it was worse than the ba pain I bought some breast pads too to stop the friction worked wonders xxlol

Sounds silly – but just keep hydrated and drink lots of water xx
