In the booklet he gave us it says you can. I might leave it another week though! I don’t find it too bad if I’m honest xx

Im 3wpo today an i only slept flat for the first time last night. Felt weird to be honest lol xx

@laura I remember you saying you couldn’t get hold of the matalan bra in your size was wondering what your wearing for bed and if it’s comfortable and supportive? Sorry for all the questions just thinking of asking if I could try something else for bed….not digging these bras atm don’t know if it’s just me but can’t get comfortable especially at bed time xx

No i got the m&s sports bra but then iv not wore it because of it not been recomended by mr kazzazi so i have just been wearing the matalan one but like u say its not the comfiest at night yet im fine in it in the day xx

Oh really don’t know why I thought you was wearing sports bras lol xx
