Mr Mahdi anyone?

Hi ladies, this is my first post I’ve been reading everyone’s posts which have helped me understand so much. I’ve finally took the plunge and booked for implants after 14 years of wanting them done. After 3 kids and breast feeding my last for 18 mth I have very deflated boobs. I’ve booked surgery for 20th Oct with Mr Mahdi at the pall mall in Merseyside. I meet him for my consultation next week but I’m getting so nervous as I can’t find that many posts or pics of him so any reviews would be great!
I’m 5ft 7 and 8st 8 currently wearing 32B

I was originally with him but changed due to lack of photos, reviews etc! I didn’t feel comfortable and had a funny feeling about him. I changed to Mr Mounir and my first consultation is with him tomorrow! go with your gut feeling. hope this helps! xxx

I’ve got Mr Mahdi on Wednesday. He was much better for me!

He was better than others i’d seen, he listened and explained so much more than others too.

I’ll show you what they’re like once i’m in. He’s offered to see me again before my surgery. x

You’d know if he was terrible because people would be kicking off online. If there’s less about him after he’s been working in the industry for MYA and Transform for years and years, it’s likely he provides implants for people less inclined to discuss their surgery choice.

Go with what’s best for you.

I had consultation with dr Mahdi-coz suddenly they cancel my appoitment with dr Giannitrapani( said something about annual leave 🙂 ) so went to see dr Mahdi- my feelings was great with him…he listens in ya, also my partner had full bible with questions…explains everything…advice…give you like few sizes to have look and choose which you prefer more…also said if i want can came before surgery and have some chat with him once more if im not sore about something or have some questions. so i was hapy and hope will be happy-going for surgery this Friday at Pall Mall…. but anyway always do what your heart says.. xx

Hi, that’s what has been making me so nervous the lack of reviews and pics. Hopefully I’ll feel better after I meet him next week if not I’ll just ask to see a different surgeon. Hope everything goes well for you Emma ???? x

Thanks Hannah I can’t wait to see your results I bet you are so excited! I’m gonna be like a kid at Christmas when my op date come around my hubby has given me a list of questions to ask him too as he can’t make my appointment next week, I’m kind of glad tho because I wouldn’t get a word in edgeways he has even googled questions to ask! xx

Good luck for Friday! I can’t wait to see your pics, what size are you having if you don’t mind me asking? My mum had her implants 14 yrs ago from somewhere in Birmingham and had 325 and she’s an E cup I’m hoping for similar size implants were pretty much the same size in height and weight so I’m hoping that means I can have around that size too xx

I had him today. It was so much smoother and relaxed that I expected. He was lovely and smelt really nice ???????????? he didn’t put drains in thank god.

I got the ones I wanted an he smiled the whole way. He’s been doing it for 20 years and he’s a lovely man!

I’m so pleased someone else has asked about Dr. Mahdi , as I’m booked for a consultation and hopefully going forward with procedure in January. I’ve wanted them going for 10 years now , so I’m nervous. I suppose not seeing much about him is better than a ton of complaints. Hope the op went great and you’re loving them xx

Lauren honestly he’s so lovely. I felt really at ease and he agreed to meet me twice because I wasn’t sure about what I wanted. He told me there was no way he would make me look fake, he kept saying ‘you have to live with them everyday’ – which is right. You forget when you want big boobs that you still want to go to the gym and sleep on your belly!

hi, Kelly… i will have 450cc… from small 36b hope to go to 36dd.. already nervous…admission time tommoz at 7:30… so i hope till 11 get in theatre. and then will put some pics here :))))

I can not tell you how relieved I am to hear your positive reviews on him, I go on Tuesday to meet him for the first time and I’m so excited to find out what sizes he’s going to offer, I’m trying not to go in with a cup size in mind so I don’t get disheartened I’m just going to say as big as he will let me go without them looking really artificial. I’ve got 425ccs mainly over with partial under the muscle as I had too much muscle, he was so nice

Hi @Lauren yeah I thought I saw you come out! He really is so lovely he’s offered me between 275 and 325 so obvs I’m going for the bigger hahaha the only thing that has annoyed me a little was he was talking about doing a very slight mini nipple lift just to make sure they look perfect which I naively thought that was just something he was gonna do whilst he’s got his little knife out but then my PC started saying that’s going to increase the price but she didn’t know by how much so I’m waiting for a call back 🙁 it’s put a bit of a dampener on it as I’ve saved up for so many years and MYA was the very top end of my budget so I’m just gonna wait and see what price they come back with and maybe just go ahead without if MR Mahdi agrees. Xx

Hi kelly I’m going with mr Mahdi in 17 nov and he mentioned the same to me about nipples but I’m not getting that done as more expensive he was fine with it he said it’s not compulsory hope you get sorted

Hi Kelly! Yes said the same thing to me but not a definite as he said it’s only if needed. Im not having it! Im massively asymmetrical so going for 400cc in one and 425 in the other! Im 5″10 and pretty broad , so defs need a bigger size to make a difference! He’s really nice and made me feel so at ease xxx

Hi @Vicki that’s a big relief! I’m really not paying all that to lift my flippin nipple I didn’t think they were that bad to be honest I’ll stick to just the implant hahahaha

@Lauren he never said it was a definite that’s why I was shocked when my PC said it’s gonna bump price up. No one gonna be looking at my nipples anyway with a top and bra on 😛 he really is lovely o felt straight at ease with him and I was so nervous with not finding that much about him, I’m having 325 high profiles there’s only a half cm difference in my fried eggs so I’m lucky my mum had one 325 and one 375 but she went from an empty A cup to an E! I just can’t wait to shop for ladies bras and not Pre teens hahahaha when is your op? xx

Hi Kelly, I’ve just been reading your comments. I’m booked in on the 20th with Mahdi. I’m having 300 and 325, mine are slightly tubular as well so I’ve had the extra to pay.
I have thought about not having the nipple tucked as it’s not something I wanted but I’ve read up a couple of comments on here and one or two women have had them done without having the nipple tucked and then gone back within 10 weeks to consider options to have them done!

Hi @Jennie I’m still undecided but my PC was meant to ring me last night or today to give me a price and I’ve not heard a word. So I’m still undecided before he mentioned it I didn’t think they looked droopy at all but now I kee thinking maybe I just didn’t want to see it hahahahaha my mums was really droopy but she didn’t have the nipple tuck and that was 14 years ago and she went from a A to a DD / E and they still not hanging low…. so I’m thinking of going for another chat with MR Mahdi and see what he says? Where you having your surgery? Im so exited we don’t have long to wait now 🙂 x

Hi girls, got Dr Mahdi on 19/01/2018, incredibly nervous but pleased to see all of you girls have had successful surgeries. I have scoliosis so my boobs are completely different but he seems to know what he is doing so I am just going to trust the process!! I am so nerves for the anesthetic and I hope I’m not the last person to be operated on 🙁 how long until you girls were back driving? I am having the surgery on the Friday and hoping to be back at my desk job by Tuesday?? Am i crazy? Also, what is the pain like afterward? Are they agony? Sorry sooo many questions! Both pictures look insane girls and hope you are both loving your new assets!! xxx

@sophiemcgowan Hi Lovely, you’re definitely in the right hands with Mr Mahdi, he’s amazing. In regards to being back at work Tuesday I probably would say you’re being very brave! I had my surgery on a Friday and I wasn’t able to stand up straight until the following Wednesday, I even tried food shopping and had to go get back in the car because I thought I was about to faint. I only had partials but I believe the pain with unders is much worse and the pain with overs isn’t so bad. I guess it all depends on your body and how you recover! I drove 10 Days post op, I did try before that but struggled putting my car in reverse and putting my handbrake on. I would say the pain is more of being uncomfortable than sore, it feels like you’ve pulled every muscle in your chest, I stopped my meds 5dpo but I wasn’t back to my normal self until a week and a half maybe 🙂

It’s the most exciting feeling in the world but don’t push yourself, they need time to recover and so do you 🙂 xxx

I’m 2 days post op after my sugeory with mr mahdi! I am absolutely amazed x after having tubular breasts he gave me a nipple tuck and 300cc unders MP , I have hardly needed any pain killers and feel amazing! Would definitely recommend him even though I am swollen my girls look amazing! I can’t wait to get my dressings removed!

I’m 2 days post op with mahdi and he was great! I had 300cc with a nipple lift too and the nurses were so lovely it went so quick! I’ve been sore and stiff since Friday but had no bloat and just a sore throat! But I’d recommend him to anyone he’s so nice and realistic as well! Looking forward to them healing up and settling now 🙂 x

I’m also booked for 19/1/18 with mr Mahdi at pall mall. I’m really excited now. I’ve met him twice and really like him. It’s a lot more reassuring hearing about his work so positively too.☺️☺️

ThAnks Stephanie, you’re probably right. I’m going over muscle but with the slight tuck in under the muscle at the top? Mahdi told me to just see how I feel, I’m in no rush so just going to let me body heal 🙂 hope you wonderful girls have a good Xmas! Xxx

Do you have any after pictures lovely? I have my op 16th of feb with Mahdi too! and I’m around the same size as you, getting the same implant size was just wondering how big they go and what I should expect! xx

Hi I’m 11 weeks post op now and I absolutely love them! I’ve not been measured yet but from what I’ve measured I’m about a 30E I don’t think they look too big or small and I healed really quick too, the pain was quite easily managed. I have had some wobbles as a couple of weeks they were so uneven and I was getting terrified but they suddenly dropped and evened out at week 8-9

Hi girls! I’ve got my surgery with Mahdi as well on Saturday! Was just wondering did yous all keep your bandage on for 10 days?
