Mr Marcellino uplift, vaser and mini tuck?

Sooo I had my consult with Mr Marcellino yesterday. I’m currently 25yr old, a size 8 with 34D boobs but after losing 2 stone they’re left looking a but sad. He suggested a full masto, which i was expecting but where i wanted some vaser on my tummy – he instead said i needed a mini tuck as i don’t have much fat left just connecting tissue. Has anyone had Mr Marcellino for any of these procedures as I’m terrified about the scarring of the masto let alone a tuck as well only at 25!!

Hi, I had implants removed and an uplift last Sept, initially I was just so grateful to have the implants removed that whether my breasts looked great or not was secondary. I noticed one nipple was facing downwards and my breasts were a bit droopy ( after about a month) I was told that it could take up to nine months for the area to settle. Nine months later, the nipple is looks even lower because my breasts are droopy again. The surgeon seemed happy with it when I saw him last but I can’t help but feel like I still have too much skin.
