Mr Mashhadi 275cc/300cc not sure whether to go under, partial or over

I have just had my surgeon consultation and met with Mr Mashhadi. He said I was about a 30a/b I weigh about 45-50kg and am 5,3. He said I can have in between 250cc to 300cc. I am thinking of going about 275cc but am worried about being too big as I am tiny so want to be in proportion ! Does anyone have photos of similar sats?! I am also very confused about the placement whether to go under, partial or over. We decided on partial in the end but I am still so unsure! I was hoping he’d be more direct and tell me what to get but he left it up to me! Any help would be hugely appreciated as feeling so confused and worried about my choices and don’t want to make the wrong ones! ????

Partial sounds like it could be a good choice as your quite petite … I would have said partial or unders but not overs …. Just going on the reasons Dr have said to me

275cc or 300cc would look lovely

If it’s any help I had very little breast tissue to work with (34a but didn’t fill the cup) & got 350cc unders (below is day 10 post op) I’m about 10-12 kg heavier than you but my weight is mostly in my lower half
