Hi,
I’m in the consultation process, and have had my first consultation with Mr Mounir. Wanted to get some opinions on here and reassurance!
I do a lot of heavy weighlifting so am really hesitant to get a BA but really want to get the procedure done and out of the way as I’m not happy with my breasts at the moment!
I’m currently a 34A/B and want a natural result – Mr Mounir suggested teardrop if i go over 325cc but I’ve heard of them turning and would like to avoid if possible.
Has anyone had overs and gone from A cup to C or D? And anyone go gym regularly?
My daughter had her BA on Tuesday and she’s a dance and fitness instructor she was adviced to get round implants xx
Hi, I’ve got my surgery in a couple of weeks with Mounir and I really want them to look as natural as possible. We discussed anatomical but he said there’s a 4% chance of them flipping so I think I’m going to stick with round and go under the muscle to get a natural look. From what I believe (from various consultations/research), to get a natural look going over the muscle than anatomical would be better. I don’t really do any exercise either so I’m guessing that would affect whether you should go under or over
I was worried about this as I do like to go to the gym and I do Thai boxing. I have really strong chest muscles and was scared they would reject the implant. I had no option other than to go under the muscle as I had next to no breast tissue to start with. I think I’ve heard going over is better for gym people though- however you have the risks of the implant becoming more visable if you lose weight or tighten the muscle too much. I’m 5 weeks and 2 days PO and I’m prepared to have to start as a beginner again when I return training etc as I know my muscles haven’t recovered yet. I have a small frame and I was a 28AA pre op, I’m now measuring a 28E after 295UHP unders x
Hey,
I train aerial and work my upper body a lot so was really reluctant to go under the muscle. I swapped a 325cc under to 250cc round mod profile over from a flat 32a- risky as i have thin tissue but happy so far! I’ve heard that teardrops can flips too! I’d imagine if you are an a/b with 300+ will make you a c/d cup- seems it can be a little unpredictable though haha 🙂 All the best xx

Yeah I would really want to avoid unders! what size did 250cc get you to?
I’m seeing another surgeon next week so I think a second opinion will deffo help!
Good luck with your surgery Kirsty. The price of tear drops also helped me make my decision haha.
Hey @mder1992
I was measured this week as a 32c/30d but would say I look like a full B small C. That’s with 250cc mod profile so they don’t project as far but are wide and good for cleavage/less chance of rippling on my frame – and from a pancake flat 32a 🙂 I’m approx 8st. And 5’4 size 8/10. Feel free to add me to see my before and after pictures.
It would have been great to be slightly bigger as I have quite wide hips but it’s one of the compromises I settled with to have overs so I can’t complain haha 🙂 Any bigger and I would definitely have high risk of visible rippling as I have very little tissue which I was strongly advised of- a gamble on my half here so time will tell! Let us know how you get on, all the best! Xx
