Mr Mounir

Hi peeps

Im having my BA in 12 days with Mr Mounir and im so nervous, does anybody ahve any advice or feedback on Mr Mounir? He seemed lovely in my consultation but just getting those last minute nerves.

I had him for my ba and uplift and he has worked miracles on my awful saggy boobs, I am over the moon with the results and his incisions are so thin and neat, you’ve got nothing to worry about your in good hands xx

I had him too on the same day as Kristy, I can only echo what Kristy has said, he’s brilliant! Good luck, I was very nervous in the days leading up but you’ll be fine honestly x

Rest as much as possible and try not to lift your arms above shoulder height and keep on top of your pain relief in the first few days xx

Hi Emma, I had overs so can only comment on how I managed with this type of placement. I totally rested for the first week and let my hubby do everything ( he took 2 weeks off work but painwise I was fine after 3/4 days, just very tender). I have 2 young children to look after, one a baby so I couldn’t do much really looking after them wise. Just take it easy and don’t do too much,too soon and accept all the help you can, remember no lifting or stretching. I’m 4 and a half weeks post op now and in no pain or discomfort at all. As each week passes you’ll notice a huge difference to the week before x

I am having mine over aswell, did you have to sleep sat up for 7 days? X

I did but I bought a v pillow so that I was comfy sleeping in this position and it was great. I found that after 7 days, I was still most comfiest sleeping slightly propped up and even though I don’t need it now, I’m still using my v pillow for a lovely nights sleep! I normally sleep on my side and its only this past couple of weeks that I’ve found this position comfortable again x
