mr mounir bigger size

From a lot of looking around ive got the feeling that 340 has taken most girls 3 cup sizes bigger than they originally were. I am booked in for 375 xhp from a 30a with mr mounir. I wouldnt mind being a comfy E cup and was just wondering if mr mounirs arm is easy to twist in regards to bumping up implant size..
