Mr Mounir offered me a choice – confused!

Hey everyone, I’m new to this so apologies if I do this wrong! I had my second surgeon meeting with Mr Mounir on Wednesday (first was with Kazzazi who I just didn’t get on with – I’m sure he’s fab though!) who said I could have either unders or overs – my choice! It will be 450cc and I’m I’m currently a d cup. I was borderline uplift but decided on just implants. I’m a size 14 so not tiny by any means! My left boob is slightly larger and my nipple is slightly lower (I have a bigger rib on my left he said – learn something new everyday!). Would anyone have any recommendation on unders or overs? I’m leaning towards overs for the shape but I really don’t know much about either! Would anyone have any before and after pics of his similar work please?) oh and I’m having high profile. Thanks!

Hello if you have been offered or advised an uplift I would take it as the size of the implants will only make it worse and won’t last aslong xx

I was advised to see what I feel after as he recommended waiting until having kids to have that done or it would need redoing again at a later date so that’s what I’m doing for now 🙂

Hiya hun, I am also having Mr Mounir who said the exact same to me! I am borderline uplift but he felt I was too young and, as i haven’t yet had children, it is something he could sort with implants now and lift in a few years! I am a very empty DD and i have been offerred 590cc UHP to fill me up and give me the fake look I like. Mr mounir advised me to have overs and I have looked into it..just google Franken boobs!! Its where you already have some breast tissue, so the implant (when put in unders) sits too high up and your boob still sits low down! It does eventually drop but it takes a while and you can end up with double bubble boobs! Obviously there is a risk of sagging again with over, but you are talking 5-10 years, and I will be happy to have an uplift then anyway!! Hope this helps xxx

Oh yeah, I also have a higher chest wall on the left and spoke about different sized implants, but he said it’s something that can’t be sorted and theres a possibility one boob could be SLIGHTLY bigger than the other! But it isnt now, so I’m not worried!! Xx

I was in the same boat as you both with Mr mounir! I’m a very empty c, boarder line lift and booked in for surgery 2nd November. I want a very natural d/dd so going for 375cc unders! Hope Mr mounir is good. He seems very lovely and professional!

Hey I had overs I will up load my before and after pictures I had 375 cc and love my boobs I’m in a little bit of pain now 4 day post op but only more with my incision on the right boob but that it is and iv been able to do quite a lot as well, and iv heard unders are a lot more painful. Xxx

if you need an uplift deffinatly get one as putting implants in a borderline uplift requirement may make them worse and make them saggy but that is my opinion, im a size 10-12 can wear a 14 so im not tiny but
i didnt like dr mounir he didnt exactly help with what i wanted and said he couldnt do it
so i got a second opinion as it wasnt in his skill set so my next choice was dr andrea and he was so perfect he told me what he could do and it was exactly what i was going to tell him i wanted,
i also have a high rib cage my right is higher which is why my right breast was bigger than the left my left was a small D cup and my right breast a DD cup and my nipple was pointing towards the floor and the left was low,
so what i had done was a high profile ultra fake look 350 cc in the left and 325cc in the right as i didnt have any fullness so i have overs not unders it was the full uplift i had but Dr andrea is perfect in my opinon get several opinions from multiple surgeons dont just go with the one unless you want to do that i am 3 weeks and 3 days post op i have photo’s on my profile if you want to check them out to see what they are like ill see if i can upload one to this thread feel free to message me if you have any questions about anything 😀

Thanks guys. It’s only borderline on one side and as I’m only young and wish to have kids he said he would wait until I need an uplift with implants as I may be happy as larrybwity just an implant 🙂 I’ll play it by ear! Haha

Hi hun, @lyndseyp27. A bit different from what everyone else above has said but i’ll still tell you haha. I had Mr Mounir and i’m 6 weeks today! I started at an A cup and asked to be a full D. He recommended anything from 300 cc to 400 cc, I was going to go for the 375’s but in the end (after having a second meeting with him) decided on 400’s on the day of the op! He told me that my ribs were asymmetrical so this could be my reason for one breast being bigger than the other (it is not very noticeable before or after so it doesn’t really bother me). I did as for unders and he said that was okay but when I went for the surgery and when he was putting the implants in he said my chest muscle was too high up which would’ve made me boobs right underneath my chin sop I’ve ended up having overs. I was a bit gutted when he told me this and nervous to see what they looked like but I think they look fab and totally understand his decision! He’s done a really good job! xx

I’m having my op on the 2nd of Nov with dr mounir too, I’m having 425cc implants he has said I have a choice of going over or under I’ve chosen under as I want the natural look but he said I can still get the natural look from over but said it is my choice , I’ve been researching pro’s and cons for both so confused what to do???
I’m currently a b cup want to achieve a d I’m only 5ft and 9 half stone xx

I’m similar stats to you Karen 5ft 6 size 8 currently a 34B… I have my surgery booked in om the 16th November with Mr Mounir and I cannot decide on a size to save my life! Too many choices is making it harder to choose lol… He has offered 350 375 400cc HP or UHP partials or overs. I want the naturally big ‘has she or hasn’t she’ kind of look. I have seen Paul Clarke at transform and he said 350 overs would push to 375. I saw Mr kazazzi and he said max 325!! Think he was having an off day didn’t really get along with him after that. . I want my money’s worth lol … but if two surgeons are going the max at like those sizes… I’m scared 400 are going to be too big and cause complications. It’s nice to see pictures but everyone’s results are different. This has to be the hardest decision to make in life!! X

Iv seen pictures of overs looking so nice after deciding partials for are for me … They are supposed to make them look more natural aren’t they? So could maybe get away with a bigger implant?? I’m so confused. If you have unders does that result in losing a cup size from the implant??? X

I’m the same after deciding partial unders I’ve seen some girls pics of overs and they look really good and not too fake , plus I said I didn’t want a big gap and mr.mounir said unders would more likely give a bigger gap as the muscle would hold the implants apart more I think I’m going to go with overs now xx
