MR Traynor 400cc or 450cc overs

Hey guys. I’ve booked my surgery for 15th Jan with Dr Traynor who recommended 400cc-450cc. I chose 400 after trying on lol but I’ve spoken to people who have had it and they’ve said I won’t tell a difference? Should I go 450? Or 400? I’m currently a 36D and doing this for the shape. Does anyone have any pics with same stats as me?
