I had 410s and I got an e. It’s comfy now but when I first wore it I found it tight with the swelling so maybe get an f? Xx

I got 34e with 445 implants with 32b.c before. I only wore it once strapping came off though. Very comfy

Hi if you are a 34 now you need at least a 36 for the swelling x I got the large asda post op bra I was a 34a before and had 460 overs xxx

That’s wat I was thinkin maybe I need 36 I have just measured myself with tape for the first time and if I’m doing it right it’s saying 32 so maybe I’ve been wearing the wrong size my whole life ha..I’m going to have to get the f and hope for the best xxx.

I would still get 32/34 as I’m 4 weeks post op and it’s now too big around the waist/under bust. You can then have it long term for gym etc, as you have already bought 2 34 bras already xxx

I also found that bra comes up reallllly small under the band. I’m usually a 32 so got a 34 thinking I’d be fine. I tried to put it on a few days after surgery and it was easily 2 inches too small! It fits fine now but still a little snug, so I kinda wish I got a 36 but 34 does the job once the swelling goes. See if you can try one on in store now to see how tight they are on you normally, then go at least 1 up from there, but I guess it’s dependent on how bloated you get, I was pretty much a pufferfish! Now my swelling has gone and frankeboobs are more settled, I do really love this bra though so worth buying. Makes me feel all wrapped up and secure 🙂
