M&S bra

So I’m 10dpo and have been swapping between a macom bra and a normal sports bra. Ive felt restricted, even felt towards end of day as if I was walking with an arched back.

Seen on forum alot of girls with the high impact sports bra….had to buy a 34 e tho but my god it’s heaven.

I walk normal even lift my arms up which I felt pulling in other. Absolute god send. Best 25 quid ive spend highly recommended.

They are literally the best arent they!

I got mine from meadowhall m&s shop.
Pink and black with a zip up front I will see if I can up load a picture.

I bought the same bra today
I haven’t had my operation yet but it’s in two weeks time ????Xx
