Hi girls,
My surgery is booked for Sunday and I’ve got a Macom bra, and also ordered an M&S high impact bra. Normally I wear a 32c, and I had no idea what size bra to pick, so I’ve ordered a 34DD and it’s feeling quite snug! Shall I re-order and get a 36E?! Xx
@sophiex26x I ordered a 34E and I usually wore a 32a bra before surgery, 1 week in I tried on my M&S bra and couldn’t even zip it up! Haha I know this is no help but I haven’t bothered wearing mine, the Macom is very comfy xx
Hi Sophie,
This may/ may not help but Asda currently have a two pack of post op front fastening bras for £15! One black and one white, my sugeon recommended them at at that price they’re a bargain, they’re also really soft and comfortable 🙂 xx

I think the Asda ones are out of stock in Medium 🙁 they were yesterday anywat as I was about to order! X
Oh noo I didn’t even think to check sizes! 🙁
I’m a 32B currently and should be around a 32DD post surgery, I just went for a small! Fingers crossed they’re back in stock soon!
xx
@stephanienx did you get the asda one? If so, what size did you get. There’s no size guide on the asda website 🙁
I did! I’m a size 8 and a 32B and I went for a small. The Malcom’s advise buying the same band size as you are pre surgery so I assumed asda would be the same 🙂 xx
@stephanie thank you! 🙂 xx
Those Asda ones are the comfiest ever! I live in mine! Now my swelling is gone I could do with getting a smaller size but I got large as I wore a 34 back and got 500cc implants. I used the same principle for sizing as the MYA bras xx
Hey ladies I got the front fastening Asda ones as my nurse said they were great! But the staff nurse at the hospital said she would of preferred me to have one with adjustable straps as they are swelling and going down at different rates it’s better to have ones you can change so guess I need to go out and but yet another bra 🙂 the Asda one is mega comfy though !!, xx
