M&S sports bra, which ones?

Ladies, looking at the sports bras on m&s and is if the extra high impact people have been using after surgery? And is it a back size up and 3 cup sizes up too?

Anyone able to give advice on this pleaseee ☺️

Following this too 🙂 I was looking at getting a Macom bra and a couple of m&s. Macom just say stick to your back size but I have no clue about m&s xx

Hi girls, I was a 32A before.. I bought a Macom for straight after surgery as I know it would fit how ever they turned out! Just order your normal back size!
And I got two of the m&s ones, I was hoping to be a large C or small D, so I bought a 32D and a 32DD, I’m wearing the 32DD atm one week post op!
I had read somewhere about going up a back size so I panicked before and ordered two of the asda ones people have said about, and I got 34D and 34C, both of which just don’t feel supportive enough! The 34C is nice for a bit of a break but they actually hurt more when they’re not held in tight! So I would stick with your back size!
The m&s one I have is the non-wired extra high impact one and I prefer it to my Macom tbh!

I got this one aswell and I started as a 32b and had 375cc and ended up nice and snug in a m&s 34e I’m now 6weeks post op and still wear same size nicely 6week check up tomorrow xx

Aww thank you ladies! I’ve brought three different sizes from m&sso hopefully one of them will fit haha so hard to know what size sports bra will fit after ?Xx

I got 3 sizes too Hun . They’re all comfy .
Wearing 36E today . All from M&S. Grey one slightly padded and a 36DD x
