Muscle relaxers

Anyone else given the muscle relaxers? I hate them but was in so much pain last night I needed one, not cannot get of the toilet 🙁 awful night for me !

I’m 5 days post op I use them they help so much I’m still in so much pain how are you getting on x

I found if I didn’t take them my muscles would almost spasm. They helped me a lot x

I’ve stopped them completely ! I didn’t have morphine or anything though to begin with so I was very much with it from the start so I think it was that feeling of suddenly being relaxed freaked me out! Made me go loo really bad too! I’m just on paracetamol now and have been for few days. At night co codomol . But can’t go toilet so laxatives for me today:( xxx

Hi babe I’m 4 days post op and I only had one the day of my surgery, i have used ice packs and that’s helped xx

Hi babe I use ice packs and muscle relaxers haven’t really noticed any difference. I’m still on tramadol! I have very low pain threshold lol x
