Hi guys just thought i would update on my 6 week check!
I love the gym and Woking out so the last 6 weeks have been a killer although iv been going and only doing legs.
Iv wore my mya p.o. bra and a tight sports bra over the top just incase i did jiggle about.
Anyway, iv been checked and told they feel fab, really soft and have dropped beautifully although the right still has a bit more softening to do due to my very tight chest muscle on right side.
Iv asked about what I can do and basically no press ups, planks or abs.
I can do weights machines using very lite weights to start and build from scratch. At 12 weeks after i see surgeon I can maybe introduce planks etc again.
Boobs are fab and bought sports bras in a 32e although a 30g would have been better. M&s dont do a 30.
So happy with today’s check x

Hey! That’s great to hear! I’m 12 DPO, and until 12 days ago was at the gym 5/6 days per week, yoga every day & although it’s still early days I’m desperate to get back as soon as I can. I had a mini lift & implants so my recovery is a little longer. Tbh im not feeling up to much right now but I know in a couple of weeks im gonna go mad if I can’t start moving. My surgeon & nurse have said no gym until 6 wks!!! Got my 2nd post op Monday so will ask if I can start walking & gently start lower body. Did you do any ab work? Or just legs? Xx

Hi hun, isn’t it a killer!
Yoga is definately out its to much stretching.
I did walking out doors to start, then incline in gym and a bit of bike, built up to spin with no arms and made sure my twins were very secure. I did leg weights, lunges and squats without weights and basically no gripping. I’m not trying to build my butt on the resistance runner as that uses mostly legs… listen to your body and stop if you feel any pain or tired.
Iv had a really easy recovery but im usually quick to recover, i found child birth a breeze.
Hope you feel good soon and happy recovery x
