I forgot to mention for anyone wondering I had a slight reduction too. I was a 32F before. Not 100% what I will be when fully healed but I think I’m roughly a 32DD at the minute.

Were you told to begin with that you needed a slight reduction and did you have to pay more for the uplift and slight reduction or did you just pay the cost for the uplift?

Sorry to be so nosy, I had my uplift and slight reduction last August, went to see my surgeon as I’m not completely happy with where they sit and he has told me I would need a reduction to achieve that look – as far as I was told in my consultation that was what the slight reduction was for and I’m now being told a reduction never happened in my uplift operation and I would need further surgery now to achieve the look I want. I’m so annoyed as he’s denying any knowledge of him saying I needed a slight reduction – the only type of reduction he has said I had was to make my boobs symmetrical.. This was never explained like that all 🙁

When I went for my original consultation I was quoted on price for an uplift and implant (implants purely for roundness at the top as my boobs were already big but what felt like near my knees ha)
However Dr Mounir advised me against the implants as I had a lot of breast tissue anyway, and he was worried that an uplift with implants may end up sagging anyway. He also believed that as I’ve not had children and I’m only 23 that implants should be something I should consider maybe later on down the line.

All I’ve ever really wanted was to have full and perky boobs, something I’ve never had as even since I was roughly 15 I’ve always remembered them as being big saggy masses ha And I quite liked the idea of having smaller boobs. This is something Dr Mounir thought he could achieve for me and I could consider the implants for the roundness Up top later down the line.

As a result my price was lowered purely because I wouldn’t be having the implants, so in all honesty I don’t know how my price actually sums up (uplift and reduction) compared to an uplift alone.

Dr Mounir did however tell me that should my breasts sag following surgery, that I could have another uplift free of charge!!

So sorry to hear you’re not happy with your results, I hope they get it sorted for you.

Do you have anymore photos now. How far post op r u? I was a 32f and was advised uplift only no reduction. I’m post 5 weeks and hate them. They look saggy again x

Some days I’m over the moon and others I have niggling doubts about if I’m happy. I’ve had a few healing issues though, so I’m waiting till I’m completely sorted.

I hate mine. Mine r saggy.. Again! I went asking for a reduction and told I only needed an uplift. But I’m not blamingthe surgeon I genuinely think he didn’t think they had as much breast tissue as they did he even questioned my size when I told him as I always wore minimisers. Then when he sent hem he was like I see..I asked a number of times about are u sure I out need a reduction and he assured me I didn’t and that my boobs would be dramatically smaller after surgery from a 32f to a large b small c cup he said. I always thought that was unrealistic and was in my head happy with. D cup or anything smaller. Atm my bras r a tiny bit big probably not even a cup size smaller. I just hate hem and know at my consultation he’s just going to brush me off and tell me hey ate nice. They are better by no stretch of the imagination just not what I wanted or paid for. Sorry for the essay. Will send u a pic I took yesterday x

5 weeks exactly and before. Pit in blqck and white cause I think different colour and lighting makes them look different and make you see them different hahaha. X

I just feel that they are going to keep dropping every week. And they are still humongous. I just hate them and don’t feel confident at all. This isn’t what I wanted x

32F to a B/C just uplift sounds absolutely ridiculous. And I know you say you don’t blame the surgeon as you don’t think he realised how much breast tissue you had, but surely he should have known? Isn’t that pretty much his job. I was measured in every way possible. So sorry to here you’re not happy. With my reduction I went from a 32F to what I think is about a D/DD (I’ve not had a proper measurement yet)
The reduction was a key part in what I wanted doing as I knew that even with the lift I wanted smaller breasts. My surgeon thought that I’d be a lot happier too and it may prevent further sagging if they were lighter.
Have you seen your surgeon again? What have they said?

Seeing surgeon next week kinda dreading it as I just think he’s guna tell me there nice and much better which they are way better then before but not what I wanted and I don’t want to of paid all that money to still hate my boobs. I am going to ask for a reduction and to pay the diff in the two costs. Failing that I want a further uplift as I feel there is Deffo more skin that can be removed to give me a better look. X
