My coordinator has left

Just got an email saying my coordinator has left leaving me not to happy :-/ especially as I’m having such a quick turnaround! What if I need to call and ask questions? it’s a very personal thing and you build up relations with your coordinator and then to get passed on to someone else you’ve never met! 🙁

Hi Jenny, my PC left 2 days before my op! Don’t worry tho the people at head office are really helpful 🙂 and I found after I had booked my date my PC didn’t do much anyway! Just interested in getting you booked in and paid up! Have you booked your op yet?

Yea all paid op on Tuesday only booked this past Tuesday so with it being so quick last thing I need really :-/ o well I’m sure it will work out in the end! xx

Don’t worry chick my PC was useless, barely spoken with her since my initial consultation! You will be fine without don’t worry about it at all xx

my pc is useless, as soon as i booked the surgery she ignored my email. She didn’t even bothered to know how i was feeling after it.

Snap mines gone on holiday with sortig my surgery out or price or anything my request a new one

Same ere ladies.. I’m 2 wk po 2moro and my pc hasn’t called to see How I am.. It really is like there just there to get u booked in and paid up.. X

Just wondering who everyone’s pc was? Mine was Laura, I saw her booked & was having op within 3 weeks she all of a sudden stopped answering my calls & texts etc I thought hmm fine then! I asked if she was ok at my 7 day check yesterday as was so strange for her to just stop texting as she text quite abit and was so chatty & friendly. They told me she had her baby 8 weeks early bless her so all of a sudden went off and apparently trying to catch up contacting everyone xx

@AmyJ is this Laura from Nottingham clinic? I text her today and wondered why I had no reply as usually she is so quick to text or call back! x

Don’t worry I have had 2 different pc’s in the space of a month as one left (which I didn’t find out until I was given a replacement) and I’ve not heard from that one since the first time I spoke to her on the phone to book my procedure even though I have emailed texted and called her as I wanted to make sure my payment had gone through, I have found out a lot more from reading things on the forums and calling head office than anything my pc’s have told me! you don’t need a patient coordinator really!xxx

Is the Nottingham clinic back open for check ups? @AmyJ I had to go Leeds for my 1 weeks post op and really don’t want to be going all that way again for 6 week check. Pleased everything is ok with Laura, she is so sweet!x

No I had to go to Birmingham & they have booked my 6 week check at Birmingham as well. They still haven’t got a date for opening which is a total pain! xx
