my macom is too blinking small! post op lol

i need a new sports bra, i thought by getting the macom for large implants id be ok but it only half covers my nipples, and i cannot wait to get a new one! if i pull it up to cover my nipples it goes into my incision so im abit worried, id love to take it off but i know i cant, im also in pain can hardly move my arms , and its such a struggle getting up even with help. has anyone any advice for me ? xxxxx

A lot of girls on here recommend a shock absorber or there’s nice ones in asda, m and s that are quite cheap. I got a medium impact sports bra from Tesco for £9. If I were you I would get a super cheap one from a super market just to keep to supported and then order a proper one online x

Before my op I went to try find one but I was unsure what size to get and I’m still unsure, but I couldn’t find a34/36g or higher, Ben looking online on m&s but 34/36g and hhigher are sold out hmmm xxxxx

Im a 34 back but the nurse told me to get a bigger back size and the desired cup what i am wanting to be so i got a 36dd and 36 e im currently wearing the 36dd had 450cc hp overs this aft xx
