My operation experience!

Hey girls.
So I have been stalking this forum since last April and yesterday was finally my operation date!
So arrived at MYA London at 7.30am and within 15 minutes I was taken to my room – the nurse came shortly after and did pregnancy, bloods and temperature test. Had to sign a few forms and said I was first on the list! By this time I was crapping my sexy paper pants haha!
Marcellino came in after and drawed on me. He said he was only going up to 400cc which I was a tad disappointed as prior consultations he said it was going to be 425cc.
Anyways! Got taken doing to threate and had the drip in my arm to go to sleep. Before you know it I was awake. I won’t lie – the pain I had experienced was so bad! But I did have under the muscle and everything was so tight and sore. But with the drugs it did put my body at ease.
Came back to my room about 11am and the nurses were so wonderful!
One nurse was such a soft touch at pulling my drains out too. That was very uncomfortable more than painful. But from 11am – 6/7pm I was in and out of sleep. I can’t fault the nurses at all! Making sure I was okay as well as my partner.
I went back to my hotel around 10pm. I was sick right before we left so I had to have an anti sickness and stay another half hour. I slept quite well considering.
I woke up about 8am and my body was completely stiff! Could hardly move until I took my muscle relaxers and painkillers.
I got back to Bristol around 6pm and my left breast is more swelled than my right. But I’m only 1 day post op. Pain wise at the moment is good. Just the tightness and some burning sensation is getting to me. But tomorrow is a new day!
I can’t fault the MYA staff at all! This all experience has been an up and down ride with all the emotions but after 10 years of wanting this it is finally happened! Thank you to all the girls so any advice that you have given me and best of luck to you all!!

Will upload some before and afters. Although the afters aren’t that great as I could barely move my arms!

Hi Violet, yes everything went well thank you 🙂 I ended up with 275cc moderate plus under the muscle. I agree, the tightness is annoying and my back hurts from constantly sitting down haha, otherwise it’s not too bad 🙂 looking forward to seeing your end results, happy healing 🙂 xx

I’m going in in two weeks. 275 u set the muscle. I’m extremely nervous. Any advice x

How comes you had to have bloods taken ? X

Kirstie, just listen to your body! For me , under the muscle is so painful! Plenty of sleep and make your self comfortable as possible!

And by bloods I meant blood pressure sorry xx
