My story 27/10/12 + pics up!

Ok so whilst I can still remember I thought i would quickly write it all down as I loved reading everyone elses and they helped me loads!
So i was booked in for sat 27th Highgate, London. Went to hotel the night before and had a nice meal out with fiance and then got up to go to hosp on sat, had a shower but used no soaps and put no deodrant. Got to Highgate at 8:45am (literally a 8min drive from hotel) and then taken to my room about 9:15am. Got checked by a lovely nurse and had to sign paperwork and do preg test. Was told to take out piercings but only nose closes up very fast so asked if i could put a plastic stud in and tape it to which they said yes and had to sign to say i wanted to do that.
Mr Fallahdar came in about 11am to draw on me and to make me decide on size. I was given the option of 285cc or 310cc HP partial unders. After him explaining that because im so thin and have barely no tissue the bigger ones may look odd and take longer to heal or have complications, So i went with the 285’s. I was told i would be next and started getting very worried about GA as i have never been put under before and scared i wouldnt wake up and see my baby again 🙁 About 12pm my fiance walked me to theatre but couldnt go in. I had sexy gown and stockings on and felt like a prat! Was taken into a room where a really nice bloke got me preped by finding a good vein for canular thing and was very jokey which helped nerves as i prob would have just cried i was that scared. The lady putting me under came in and put a few things in arm. One made me feel completely drunk and felt cold in veins and then she put in GA and i was out in about 5 secs.
Next thing i know i am being woken up and said i felt pain. Nurse asked how much and i said 8/10 so was given a shot of morphine and felt so out of it and was wheeled to room which i dont remember lol I cant remember next 2 hrs after either but fiance said i was talking absolute crap and was very funny :/ Dr F came in to see me but i dont remember and he showed fiance boobies and said he was very pleased at how it went.
Stayed at hosp until about 8pm and felt no pain and had lovely food. Was checked on plenty of times by 2 nurses and one helped me put Macom bra on before i went home. Love the way boobs look and so shocked at how well they filled horrid saggy skin for pregnancy and breastfeeding and my stretchmarks look so much better. Amazed how good they looked straight after op too. Not sitting stupidly high or look freaky etc just slightly far apart but had that before and Dr F said that would stay the same even with implants etc.
Before i left to go to hotel they came to give me anti biotics and pain relief but i said i struggle with the flat powdery pills so they were super nice and found mini capusules that i could swallow easily. Went to hotel and had a shit nights sleep due to normally being a front sleeper lol but had no pain. Just felt tight.
Came home and now 2 days post op and still no pain other than trying to sit up from laying on back. Think boobs are a bit swollen but not a lot, they are rock solid though and taken bra off for 20 mins to let skin breathe but will be keeping it on for 6weeks.
Very please with results so far and cant wait to see how they will look once healed and soft. Found this forum so helpful and hope this helps anyone that was feeling as scared as me. Even though boobs arnt huge they have fixed all the problems i had and would prob pull skin too much if any bigger. Just praying they heal nicely and i dont get CC 🙁 I know there isnt much you can do to avoid that though.

Just to add, I went through MYA and had a fab experience from start to finish. PC krystina at bristol has been fab and text 2day to make sure i am ok, Dr F was amazing and really knew his stuff and told me what was/wasnt realistic rather than letting me tell him what i wanted and just doing it. Staff at highgate were all lovely and made it very relaxed. So all in all very happy 🙂 Post op appointment wil be on sat at bristol and i will update pics once bandages are off x
