He all I have my procedure today ???? I’m so glad I did it! I went with transform and had Dr Clarke. Really friendly and honest, which is important.
I was a full 34/ small D but very saggy, empty at the top breasts. We went for an uplift with 295cc (was originally 265 until day of op) , over the muscle, high profile, textured sorry touch allergen implants. I will upload some pics.
I found the whole process so far stress free, after the op I just feel sleepy, no pain at all. I have drains which will be out in the morning, dreading that a bit as pain relief may have worn off. I had the op about 1pm and was eating by 5pm. Food was nice with good choice. All the staff are really friendly and helpful as well. It’s 11pm now and I’m still not in pain. Feel a bit achy, boobs are rock solid and nipple sensation isn’t back yet.
I also have a family member who had dvt so I’ve had to have blood thinners, the special socks and something around my ankles which feels like a blood pressure machine, just to take extra precautions.
All in all the procedure isn’t as bad as you imagine, a lot of it is psyching yourself out. So glad I did it, love them already and now time for the healing process to begin.
I will update as hopefully this will help someone out xx

Aww would love to see pics. I was torn between Dr Clarke and dr Traynor and went with Dr Traynor in the end. Glad op went well and you are happy so far. Can I ask why you ended up with 295 instead of the planned smaller implant. I am also an empty saggy 34D with no volume at the top and at the moment I am stuck between 275 and 300cc don’t know which one to go for!! Do they feel bigger with the uplift? I don’t Want my implant so small I feel like my boobs are the smallest they have been but also don’t want to be too big where I can’t get in a D cup bra or go braless on occasion. Xxx
Hi
I’m trying to upload but it keeps saying file to big. I shall try on my iPad in just a sec. Last minute I just decided I wanted slightly larger. Dr Clarke was so honest with me and said 295cc would be the largest to still give me a natural look and if they don’t fit well he would do 265cc. He has been in a few times to check on me, which I appreciate. I love good service and so far have had it from all the team at Abby pines x
@Terri they said to me the uplift with implant can reduce your bra size by 2 sizes! If you explains the look you want and take pics they can guide you, I still anted my soft looking not too fake. Here’s a pic of a sample implant and how I look in a sports bra (sorry it’s all in different replies, Internet playing up lol)
Today is my 2 week post op milestone. I went to see the nurse today to have my dressing off. The nurse was very impressed with my healing, and I have to say I am too. My scars look great! Still a bit of swelling in my nipples and I still have to wear my strip things for a few more days. I can now sleep with no bra but not sure if I want to because of the weight of them. All in all really happy with them, they are still quite hard and haven’t dropped fully yet, also my left seems bigger than the right but I know I have to wait to be fully healed to judge. So glad I went with dr Clarke, I highly recommend
Hi Dee, your boobs are looking great, you must be so pleased with them. Xx
Hi dee, how are your boobs doing now are you still happy with the decision of having them done? I am currently reserching about the same procedure I have dark skin also but my skin in prone to keloid scars. So that’s my biggist fear that I will be more unhappy with them than before. But then I hate them with a passion now 34 empty e cup after breast feeding and yo yo dieting over the last 10 plus yrs it’s just a lot of stretched skin.
I had a consultation with Mr moniour who was absolutely lovely but put me off having them said to leave them as they are rather than have bad scaring. I am going to book a consultation with Mr clarke as his suture work looks perfect, and at least if i scar they will be neat s as i guess.
Do you have any recent pics of your healing progress?
Xx
