Hi girls. So im currently five days post op and just wanted to share my experience with u all and help ease any worries anybody may have. Iv endured child birth twice but even so i was so nervous about having surgery iv wanted it for as long as i can remember but no katter it didnt take my nerves and worrys away. I cant praise the whole process enough from my first consultation with my pc julie at Newcastle my ore op with louise right upto the day of surgery. So i recieved my admission time the week before my surgery and was slightly gutted to be 2pm admission it was hard having all day to think about it but most of that was traveling down to preston and gettin sorted. I arrived at the hospital where ur taken thru by a nurse u get ur sexy goen and paper knickers and do ur pregnancy test before gettin ur lovely socks to wear. There is always someone popping in to see u making sure ur ok asking you the questions needed to b asked and forms to sign. Mr traynor popped in inbetween surgerys to draw on me and i was told i was the last patient of the day???? gary was so lovely with me and we even had a laugh and a giggle about the beckhams while he looked thru my magazine before popping off to finish another surgery. I was so worked up by the tome i went down to theatre but honestly girls the staff are absolutely amazing and so so lovely and caring i had the canula put in and we chatted about me having a gin lol then i was gone. The recovery up till now hasnt been half as bad as i thought and i had unders. I was sick when i woke up due to the anaesthetic but they gave me something for it. I van not praise the staff at the first trust hospital enough calmed me down and helped me get thru the day x

Thankyou for this Emma.. I’m due there 16th Nov and will be staying overnight as I’m having a lift too.
Are you happy with your new 5day old boobs? Are they what you imagined and how are you coping not having a shower etc? I can’t bare to think I can’t wash my own hair for ages (insert crying emoji here) haha

I’m 2 weeks post op and had them done at Preston with Mr Traynor. The staff there are sooooo lovely. Keep an eye out for the nurse Alan if he is there. The girls on my Mya chat love him. I found the meet with mr Traynor a bit awkward as I am very shy ???? but glad to hear someone else had a laugh with him. He seemed very stern with me lol
