Mya – communications

Heya ladies
I seem to see a lot about how bad thw communication is with mya post op and it’s making me feel abit weary of using them! Has everyone had this or is there some positive haha

My PC is fantastic as is the nurse. I’m booked for op 6/03/18 – they Always get back to me promptly.if I’ve had questions etc. I’ve read one or two negatives but personally had no problems what so ever – if anything exactly the opposite x

Awh that’s good, I’ve heard so much bad stuff about after the op.. my PC text me the other day asking if I had any questions before I meet my surgeon and I’ve messaged 3 times with no reply now and it’s making me nervous of if I go with them what the aftercare will be like. Xxx

Hmmm not sure why but understand it will make you query – I’m at Manchester clinic and having my op at Preston. Not sure if certain clinics are prone to comms problems ???? xx

I didnt have any questions to my PC before my op. She told me what days shes off and unable to text back. Girls need to remember that pcs having days off. They are not in the clinic 7 days a week. She send me a text asking how I am doing after my op. PC is not the person you shod be to be in contact with after your surgery but nurse. I had no problems with PC or nurse what so ever.

Like I say she text me asking if I had any questions and when I replied she hasn’t got back to me haha!

Yeah maybe clinics are different! Defiently putting me off though! Thanks Hun xxx
