    well i was talking to one adviser then she stopped talking half way through i was sitting there for like 15mins, then i tried to chat with another one and she just told me to phone the clinic

    I’ve had really short answers from live chat before too… Not really customer friendly !

    funny you should sat that after i put this post on they phoned straight away lol ,very short answers very frustrating to say the least!!
