MYA or Transform

I’ve had an appointment with both Mya and Transform, well 2 with MYA! I really like MYA and haven’t heard a bad thing about them but my first surgeon consultation did feel a bit rushed but my PC is lovely and didn’t rush etc…..went to Transform and the consultant there spent more time with me etc but that might have been because ?I knew more about what questions to ask and so I went to see my surgeon again at Mya for further info and he didn’t seem rushed this time and reassured me etc!
Transform are offering me overnight stay and a car to take me to Glasgow and back and all the pre and post appointments are where I live which I prefer but are a bit more expensive! I would have to make my own way to Preston with Mya, only having daycase so would need to pay for hotel and then have all pre and post appointments at newcastle! Which I wouldn’t mind really but obv the local one is better! It would seem Transform are better but I have a feeling about Mya!!!
I’ve seen Mr Traynor at Mya and Mr Czopkiewcz at Transform (can’t find any reviews for him tho!)
So any advice/reviews would be fab personal recommendations to company/surgeon etc….price isn’t too much of an issue as I’d rather better care,surgery,aftercare etc but cheaper would b better!
Also any experience with haggling on price?

I saw a PC at transform and was told if I wanted a driver to take me and bring back it was an extra £150. Think i can get a hotel and diesel cheaper than that. But I didn’t let that become a deciding factor when choosing who I thought was best to perform my surgery and look after me xx

Yeah I’m thinking that too….not seeing much about transform consultant and do like mr Traynor so I’m thinking mya….just want to be sure!

Actually come to think of it my PC for MYA at Newcastle said that transport can be arranged if needed

Lisa – I might ask about transport then….I don’t live within an hour from Preston though so may have to stay in hotel nearby and get my own way there and back! Thanks 🙂

Yana – have to admit they haven’t been pushy with me about the price mind….but they wouldn’t budge on it…might try again! Although I’m still thinking MYA! Who did u go with? I liked the transform consultant but can’t see many reviews on him (the couple I have seen are good mind) but loads of good reviews on mr Traynor!

I didn’t have a brilliant one with transform. I went to go for a consultation and wasnt told that a surgeon wouldn’t be there. She said the basic price and said she could see about discount when my bf asked. She didn’t recommend a surgeon just said u see who is there on the day. She had a very flat chest and when I said I was a beauty therapist and did semi permanent lashes she said oh I do those but didnt have any on which I found strange. Mya on the other hand were fab, I had a wait when I got to my appointment and it was really busy. I was told it would only be with a PC, mine was Harley and she was lovely and friendly. My bf asked why it was so busy and it was due to dr traynor being there so we immediately asked if we could see him too which she managed to squeeze me in. He was very to the point which I immediately liked, it was quick and over before I knew it. Went to see harley again to try on sizes etc. I got money off for being a late space too. It was £500 off for a late space so it basically paid for going for the natrelle instead of CUI. My bf haggled them down even further 🙂 I paid there and then and was booked in for 33 days later. Im now 8 days PO I am in love with my boobs. Dr traynor is amazing. I dont regret one thing xxx

Yeah I wasn’t offered a choice with transform, I was just booked in and had to ask who I was seeing,luckily I like him! But I got offered between mr Traynor and mr Mounir with MYA! I’m with Julie at Newcastle and she’s fab! When I asked transform about price, I told them that Mya was gonna do it for cheaper (than what I was quoted, not a lot tho…cheeky I know) and when my PC there rang head office they laughed a said no chance!! But never mentioned about any other discounts or anything which I thought was a bit crap! I was in today seeing mr Traynor again and oh my god it was heaving!!!and he’s booked up til end of May! Was offered start of May at transform which says if all! Think I’m def decided now that I’m going with mya! Just the sizes now lol! Xxx

I went to Transform and MYA. Mya won hands down. Im 6wks post op from having a breast uplift and tummy tuck and I’m really happy with my result.
Transform. ..omg! Surgeon picked my boob up by my nipple and he hurt me.. hubby looked shocked. Surgeon said if I had an uplift then they would just droop straight away after surgery. If I had a tummy tuck then I would need a full body lift leaving me with a scar right round my body… NEXTTTT

I complained and nurse said customers do sometimes complain about him and yes he is blunt… but he is good..

I didn’t bother getting a price. I was really upset. I left felling fat and hideous. Then they called me 3 wks later trying to get me to book.

My MYA consultation was a lot different and surgeon took his time with me and cracked joke’s. It was just so different. He said I would get a great result with an uplift and my tummy could be fixed no problem.

Oh my! That’s awful bless you…which consultant was that? I got told that if I had an uplift it’d droop quick too….bit pointless then really if u ask me!

It was with a MR Khan. I had Mr Singh in the end from MYA… loving my new body. My boobs look like I’ve had implants and my tummy is flat and my scars are healing nicely

Aww fab! If I had the money I’d be getting lipo too…! Best get the BA done first tho haha x

Hi Kirsty, I booked a premier inn last night for my op. It’s four miles from the hospital. Booked for me and my partner it was £29 x

That’s good! They’re comfy too there!! I’m hoping to have it booked by end of the day!! Excited!! When’s yours Lisa?x
