Hi girls, I was a bit annoyed for the waiting times yesterday but all turned into a positve thing as the receptionist were very understanding and found a solution for my problem in the end. I appreciate the fact that everyone from reception made an effort and my lovely coordinator Rebecca turned up and said hi which was really lovely of her. I know that the long waiting times are a good sign for a clinic as I also work in one ( I would be worried to attend a clinic whose reception is empty 😉 but i prefer to be given a realistic waiting time in order to organise my other chores. All in all the team is exceptional so far. Good luck to evryone else attending .
