Complete unders is usually only done in very very very skinny girls with no Breast tissue or women’s who have reconstructive surgery
Many times surgeons say unders and they actually mean partially under ( you should clarify , it’s very different having under first layer and all layers)
Partially under means it’s under the first layer which means implant is covered at the top but the bottom is still next to your natural breast tissue.
Partials is a longer healing process than overs because you cut the muscle however it does have a less round look on top than overs and therefore in smaller girls it’s usually preferred for surgeons to reduce risk of rippling and if you want to breast feed in future partials is better
I don’t know too much about complete unders but having under all your muscle would of course hold it tighter and your breast tissue could move different to your breast tissue that’s why partials are better as still moves with your breasts as it’s just one layer of muscle
The hardness or softness of the feel is very much also down to what type of implant you get and what’s he implant filled with! Some of firmer which reduces rippling others are softer which could increase chance of rippling but feels more natural ! It’s a hard choice . I have inspira natrelle soft touch implants and my boobs are soft to touch even tho I have a slightly firmer implant but I hardly wear a wire bra I usually wear crop tops so that they can move around and adapt with tissue and become soft on their own! Massaging is important if u wear push up bras to loosen scar tissue as scar tissue can make them feel hard! Braless means soft tissue and implants move so they get soft anyways…. Just gotta find what combination works for you! Placement of implants is best to be recommended by your surgeon unless his given you an option and if his given an option you should ask pros and cons of both
