    Hey ladies,

So, I hope this makes sense. i have a fair amount of ‘side boob’ as in under my armpit. I think this happened as a result of having so much milk for 15 months while breastfeeding (maybe it made my natural pocket wider)

Does this mean when my implants go in I will has silly looking boobs under my armpits or that the implants will move around a lot and flop down by my sides when I lay on my back??

I am hoping for 525 natrelle soft touch hp or xhp but will the be wide enough at the base? Would he say a bigger implant to combat it?

All help and words would be appreciated.

They will probably offer you a lift to remove the extra skin/side boob, you can try to fix it with a large implant but you may end up with double bubble and then have to re op so it’s a case of seeing what your Dr suggests x

It’s not saggy or at least what I understand people need lifts for… It may also just be in my head and completely the same as what everyone else has…hehe!

look up the grading for uplifts, you can grade your breats by where your nipple sits, if your not saggy then maybe they can do the doughnut lift, that way you loose skin but only have a scar around the edge of your nipple (areola), they can put your implants in that way aswell x

I don’t think I really explained what I meant. I don’t need an uplift. What I should have said is that I have naturally wide boobs and wanted to know if when laying down that would cause the implant to not sit right on top of me…

If you have wideness/extra skin at the sides you would still need a *lift*, not in the traditional sense of a lift as you don;t have sagging but that would be what may need to be done to stop you having lateral double bubble. The other option would be low/mod profile implants as they are wider. x
