Naturally Big Wanting Inplants/Uplift?

So girlies, I still haven’t managed to book my consultation as I feel anxious I’m going to be told I can’t have inplants.
I’m naturally a 34E and wanting them to sit higher possibly a small implant too. I’m apprehensive to have just an uplift as my sister did and it went so wrong.
Is there anyone else with similar stats and actually have a surgery booked? Who with?
