naturelle 440cc high profile implant

hi ladies i am just wondering if anyone has had natrelle 440 cc high profile implants and how much bigger did they take you? I am a 36A although got told by my surgeon that i am bigger.. though even in a 36A bra there is still room… i am wondering how much bigger these implants will take me? He also said i am wide so need the wider implant, think thats why i am having high profile ones.. but i am still unsure about what size i will be going???

I’m a 36b & am having 470cc partial unders taking me to a 36DD/E…..I too got told the bigger the implant the wider they are & I need that for my frame…I’m a 10/12. I think they are going to be massive to start with but I need to take the surgeons advice otherwise I’ll just be back in 6 months wanting bigger ones! Good luck x
