    Hi girls!
So I’m 18, going to King’s College Uni in Sept (so right next to London clinics) and really really want to finally get my boobs done after wanting it for years!!
I want the most natural look/feel, but I also want them to last. I know the naturelles have a lifetime guarantee, and the CUI’s a 10 year one, but does this actually mean you definitely wont have to get them re-done, or you defo do after 10 years?
If I get them done now, I don’t really want to be getting them done every 10 years until I’m an OAP, haha!

Have you guys got any pics you can show me of the different implants, or any advice on which to go for??
I’ll be booking my appointment when I’m at Uni, so I know I’m a bit premature with this haha, just want to get something in my mind!
Also, I’ve seen in some pics the breasts look quite far apart – like the gap is huggge, is this due to the size/type of implant or just how some end up?

    Thank you!!
    xxxx

Hi Laura someone else can go into the technical on the implants, but as for the gap – I’d say what you have now is your base start point. If you have a large gap, then the implants may help make that gap look smaller perhaps, but you’ll still have a large gap. If your nipples point east and west, they still will just with implants under and so sometimes those features may be even more noticeable, if that makes sense.

For example I had a small gap naturally, and at 47 my boobs were kind of pert and so my impants have made the gap look even smaller and the boobs just look like they did before, but bigger. I actually wish I had some more gap!! We’re never happy eh, Look at lots of before and after pics and you’ll see the similarities pre to post op. I think anyway. xx

Hi Laura, I have done several years of research myself so can tell you a bit about the natrelle implants. The Natrelles are made up of a double layer around the silicone giving that extra protective layer against rupture. The lifetime warranty is against rupture only and if they do ever rupture you get free replacement implants and £750 towards surgery costs. The lifetime guarantee doesn’t mean you won’t ever need replacements. My surgeon told me to expect to be having them redone around 15-20 years subject to what body changes I go through, its not the implant itself that needs replacing but the shape n size they may change too over time. I personally opted for Natrelles as I have faith in the build of the implant and if someone is willing to stamp them with a life time warranty they must be extremely confident in their product and the rupture rate is so low. I have a friend going through replacement of a different brand now for rupture and she wishes she had natrelles. Hope this helps, sorry no info on CUI but I believe they are not FDA approved so I never considered them n the natrelles are x

Thanks guys!! I’m leaning towards the natrelles, but suppose it depends on what the surgeon recommends! Wish me luck! Xx
