Nearly 3 weeks post op..advice!

Ok so I’ll be 3 weeks post op on Sunday and for the last 2 or 3 days my boobs have felt much more tender then usual specially my nipples! I’ve been wearing sports bras and when o move or it rubs on them it’s so uncomfortable is this normal?? X

Yea! I had this around this time to im 13 week po now but my god the feeling I got was awful I ended up putting tissue over my nipples to stop it rubbing on my bra lol xx

I’ve brought a new sports bra today which doesn’t have any lines in the material over the nipple and so far so good! Still get the sensitive feeling but not as much with the new bra 🙂 I’m glad it’s not just me then lol xx

Maybe get some breast pads used for breast feeding see if it helps?
