Nearly 4weeks PO…. Question :)

Hey 🙂 I’m nearly 4 weeks PO and was just wondering if it mattered if I had a day or night off from wearing my sports bra, the heat is driving me mad with it at the moment, did anyone stop wearing their sports bra before 6weeks? Thanks ladies xx

My nurse said at 4 weeks you can stop wearing it overnight? I know its sooo hot with it on! X

I don’t wear mine in the day any more, apparently i seen on another post the restrict them dropping, and since i’ve not been wearing it in the day, i just wear a seam free sports bra mine have started too drop 😀 xx

OMG no way! I never wanna see a sports bra again lol! So i dont have to wear it anymore xx

I still wear a sports bra but it’s not a compression one just a seam free it’s dead comfy. I still wear my other one but just at night not in day xx

i think my sports bra is too small, my nipples hurt coz they are squished all the time 🙁 or maybe they just still sore lol, i’ve bought 2 sports bra’s and they were both £22.50 each so I’m not buying another one, can’t wait to get measured!! Its going to slow now lol, 4weeks PO on Tuesday! xx

yeah know what you mean, mines still tight, you would think with swelling gone it wouldn’t be. Yeah am the same as you 4 weeks tuesday, can’t wait too get measured now, my nipples are still really sore hun it’s norm xx
