Nearly a year post op!!

Hey girls! Anyone got any questions or worries? I’m a year post op in June and I know how scary the time is leading up to your ops! If there’s any advice needed… Ask away 🙂 xx

I am 10 days post op and still in pain. Do you remember how long it took to subside? When did they finally settle? X

My ops on Monday I’m worrying that everything will go wrong nervous. Im scared about all the little things. Never had an op before what surgeon did you have you happy with the result and everything? You mind if I add you?

@cher090414 don’t panic Hun! It’s total normal! I would say you’re pain should be fading soon! If you are worried then call the nurse! I changed my pain killers as they we’re making me really sick! I was taking 2 paracetamol every 4 hours and that helped, I just felt like I’d frozen up everytime I woke up but that soon went away! Just think how quick the last 2 weeks have gone and in two more weeks you’ll up and about like normal again! You can do it! In terms of settling… I’m still on my way! Just waiting on muscles to relax more. It can take up to you a year before you achieve the result you want, saying that it’s not that I’m not completely happy with them now because I defo am 🙂 xx

@jamiesimpson hey Jamie! I was the exact same as you! I was literally stuck on here from 2 weeks before my op to about a month after my op! There’s honestly nothing to panic about! I’d never had a op either and if I can do, you can do it 🙂 I had dr fallahdar I believe he is now an NHS surgeon which I’m pretty upset about as he was the most amazing surgeon! He took me from a 30A to a 30DD with 255cc partials! And I’m so so happy with them 🙂 and yes go for it Hun!xx

Just had a look at your pics, they look great! Can’t believe how much they change in a few months and within a year look completely different xx

Thank you @Aimee, I guess I just worried that most people are pain free by now that there must be something wrong. I know everyone is different and our body’s heal in different ways so just have to go with the flow. I have the nurse on Tuesday to change my dressings so will definitely see what she recommends. Hope you don’t mind me adding you? Xx

Hi Aimee, hope you don’t mind the add. How long after your op were you able to do normal daily stuff like lifting, hoovering etc x

@Aimee how long did it take for your swelling to go down? X

Hope you don’t mind the add, (would like to see how much they have changed over a year!) can’t believe you achieved a DD with 255’s! fab!. My op is in 20-odd days how many bras did you take to hosp with you? and which bras did you buy/recommend? thanksxx

Aimee I am currently 12 days post op and had unders, I am wearing a 32DD sports bra. will they get bigger/smaller or stay the same?
