Hi girls, I’m post op 10 days and aside from horrendous bruising I’m all good. The only awful pain I have is neck ache!!! Did anyone else get this? My shoulders seem so tight and my neck kills.

Just a thought because as I was leaving the hospital they seemed surprised I wasn’t hunching over. Might be something you are doing subconsciously make yourself aware of your posture because I think this does play a part in neck and back pain. Not to mention about the way you have to sleep x
I had it awfully due to sleeping positions I think. I got one of those wheat pillows that goes in the microwave and that eased it but basically I was in pain with it until at least day 14/15. Totally normal x
Thanks girl. I did think that it was because I was hunching jo, it’s defo not helping. My posture and sleeping positions must be the cause. Thanks ladies. Gonna defo buy a heat pillow. Xx
