Need help deciding uplift with implants or just uplift???

Anyone got any before and after pictures of just an uplift without any implants I’m naturally a 34 dd but have sagged due to having kids. I like the size of my boobs and would the go smaller with just an uplift? Thanks xx

Looking at people without implant i think id go with implant just to give it a that perky fuller cleavage again. Yoi can have a little implant to not go to big. I had implant!! Wouldnt look back!
