Hi. I’m due to meet mr traynor in a few weeks. I’m currently a b cup and I weigh around 8stone 6. I’m tallish and slim build so I don’t want them to look massive and out of proportion. But I also want them nice and round and maybe a full c cup. Which cc do any of you recommend?

I wish I could help but My build is shorter than yours! If you want a c cup maybe stick with something small like 250cc?
But I’m not the best opinion as I haven’t decided myself I’m debating between 280 – 300cc but I don’t want them to be too big or out of proportion to my body 🤦🏾‍♀️

I was considering the 275 or 300 also because anyone who has got it done has said they wished they went that little bit bigger. Have you heard of the rice test? I’m going to try it today

Hi Chloe I’m 5ft 1 so smaller than you and weigh 8st 5, I went with 275cc HP with mr TRaynor and my surgery was yesterday. I think they are a lovely size no matter what height. Mine are still hard and swollen at the moment but I’m so pleased that I picked that size. I was an A cup so nothing much to contribute to the implant. Mr TRaynor was amazing though and he’ll help you.

The first thing my surgeon said was don’t compare CCs, one size will look totally different on different people. I think it has a lot to do with the width of chest and each breast etc and also existing size, breast tissue etc. If you look online at you can find tons of companies, mostly American I think who post before and after pics and you will see what I mean. It’s a minefield! I went to my first consultation with a number in my head because two of my friends had the same size and he immediately said don’t compare. I would just go with how you feel with the sizers and take his/her advice. I say that now lol ask me again after I’ve had them done and we will see 🤣

    Hi Chloe,
Do the rice trick. Each gram of rice is same as mass of cc implant. Weigh out rice and put in end of tights. Tie off end & snip. Hey presto a fake implant! I was a 32A pre-op – I was torn between 250 & 275cc. I went for 275cc high profile split muscle. I am now 33D! The only reason I went 275 & not 250 was because I didn’t want to end up in between sizes! I tried on my
Rice implants in non pad bras in M&s to see if they fitted & what I’d look like with them!
    Good luck x
