Need Help – Do I go for the bigger implant?

I had my consulation with the surgeon last week, I’m a 34B now and was offered 525cc or 560cc as I want to be an E. I chose the 525cc implants, but I’d quite like to be a big E and I don’t know if these will be big enough. I just keep thinking maybe I should have gone for the 560cc. My surgery is booked in for 25 February, and when I spoke to Donna she said if I want to change the implant size I will have to see the surgeon again. Is this the case for anyone else? Need help!

i was 34a/small B, an my 525s i measured 34F but looked a DD (singh told me this and also when i got measured in ann summers she guessed i was a DD) if u wanna look a big E id go with the 560s! i think theyd be the perfect size x
