Hi guys,
I’m having a hell of a lot of trouble working out a payment method. I can afford to pay it off in fairly large chunks, but because I have no credit history the maximum credit companies will offer me on credit card just isn’t enough, and likewise I tried applying for a loan and was refused because they have no history proving I can pay it back. See I’ve waited so long I had really got myself hyped up about having this done and was holding out a lot of hope for finance. So what I’m really asking is, does this mean I’ll just have to save the old fashion way and try again next year or late this year? So annoying.
Thanks guys x
have you got a partner or family member that could apply for credit/finance on your behalf and you pay them?? only asking because i had the same issue I could pay, i just couldn’t prove it … anyway i paid the deposit of 1K upfront from savings and my fiance applied for finance for the balance £££, surgery was paid in full almost 3 months in advance and have been making repayments for the same amount if time… i put the repayment cash into his account every week and it goes out of his account through direct debit, I’m 9 days post op and so glad I didn’t have to put it off
See this is the thing, because I had no credit score and my partner has a good score I got him to apply, and though accepted the limit just wasn’t enough. So I think perhaps maybe I’ve exhausted all options now sadly.
are you using mya? do they provide finance through a preferred third party? … I didn’t use mya, the clinic i went with put me in contact with the finance company that they deal with exclusively, that may have made a difference to how much credit i could get as when applying online i was ask specifically what surgical/non surgical proceedure i was having done… im not sure if it makes a difference but maybe try get in contact with a finance company that specialise in finacing BA’s etc.
I’m struggling a little too, Ive been quoted a price, now trying to save for a year at least 1k then get the rest on finance while building a credit score at the same time. Hoping after a year of having a credit card will build my score to a good amount. Good luck! x
How much does it cost in total for a breast enlargement?! Is it all different prices depending on shape, size or anything. As I think I’m looking to pay upfront or majority of the cost upfront. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Yes I would Try get a family member to pay or get a loan from the bank and then you pay it back.. MYA have their own finance system but the interest rate is 14% however I sourced a company myself and the interest rate is 8% therefore I will be paying back less. You can discuss this with your PC if you go for a consultation if you already haven’t. The price is fixed as far as I’m aware doesn’t matter what size etc, given it’s only BA and nothing more like uplift etc. Hope this helps chick xx
