Need Help with Sizing

Hi All,
Apologies in advance if this is a long post but I’m having my BA on Tuesday (just 5 days to go) and I am MEGA confused about sizes.

I am 5 foot 8 and 140 lbs and currently a small 34b. My goal boobs are similar to Emily Ratajowski. Very full for her size but with a natural slope at the top. Slightly heavier looking rather than the more fake, rounder look. Initially when I spoke with Mr Traynor he advised (due to me having a slight asymmetry) that I have either:
375 (right) 400 (left)
400 (right) 425 (left) or
425 (right) 450 (left)
all as moderate plus.

My chest circumference is 29 inches so I’m assuming that would accommodate all of the above.

Anyway I had pretty much got my heart set on 400 R, 425 L when Mr Traynor phoned me yesterday and said he cannot do moderate plus in 425s and that having 400 in one and 450 in the other will make me asymmetrical the other way.

This means I now have to choose between having either 375/400 moderate or the other options in High Profile.

I had always ruled out high profile on the basis of the ‘look’ I want to go for (i.e. the Emily look) but Mr Traynor informs me that the difference, projection wise, is just 1cm. That said the moderate will make my boobs project 4cm more than they do already so I’m wondering whether I should just accept that I can’t have the the bigger implants. Also the base of the moderate profile is very slightly wider and I know the look I am after has a lot of fullness at the bottom. Mr Traynor says on a girl my height the HP will still look very natural but in order to achieve the same width at the bottom of the 375/400 moderate I’d have to go 425/450 in HP and I’m not sure if that’s just a bit too big for what I’m after??

What I can’t work out is what I would be more disappointed with – boobs that have the look and shape I’m after but that are too small, or boobs that are the right size but are more projected than I wanted.

If anyone could offer any help, advice, opinions at all I’d be really grateful.

I should I have seen a fair few 350s that I would consider to be too small for the look I want and it’s on that basis that the 375/400 moderate concerns me slightly. That said I saw a moderate set of 400s that looked quite big (on a girl same height as me but who was around half a stone lighter) and they looked fab! IT’S SO HARD!!!!

I’m an inch taller and 142 lbs. this is me with 460 cc high profile implant sizers. Will be slightly smaller when done under the muscle. I need the higher profile as I have no breast tissue up top so need the fullness hth

Thank you for the response. I take it that’s what you’re going with? I’m just so torn on the profile. I’ll be annoyed with myself if I go HP and they look fake but equally I’ll be annoyed if they’re too small! It’s SO tough!! xx

I’m 5ft 9″ 130lbs and have a 28″ under bust circumference and had 350cc HP on 7th November but was also down for mod plus for the surgeon to decide during the op. Based on 350cc, HP would project 1cm further and be 1cm smaller in width than mod plus which really isn’t much.
As implants will only ever increase the size of what you already have and not alter the shape of your own breast, I would recommend that you go for HP and therefore the size you want as there is no gaurentee you’ll get the look your after with mod plus. Xx
