Needs help on choosing size!

Hi girls, I’m booked in for 18th October. I’m 5ft3 size 12/14 quite broad framed. I’m currently a 36B and I need help deciding on size, I would like unders but I’m worried that I’ll go too small and won’t be happy. I was originally hoping to go to a DD/E but now considering F. Has anyone gone to an F and been pleased? I have my appointment with the surgeon next Tuesday so want to be certain by then. Also has anyone got any photos of 36F or 36DD or E so I can see the sort of size I’m going for? Thanks Ladies xxx
