Hi all, I have only just started researching breast enlargement. I don’t know anyone personally who has had this procedure done so it was suggested that I joint this forum.

I was always like a 34-346c but I have had two children and lost nearly 5.5 stone in weight so my boobs have really sagged and shrunk and have gone pretty sack like.

I just wondered if anyone has been in a similar position and had them done and what the results were like? I’d really appreciate any information anyone can give! Also is it better to go under or over the muscle? Tear shaped or not? I’d be looking for as natural a look as possible.

    Thanks all in advance! xx

Hey hun. Im in the same position im a 34b amd lost weight due to feeding, im booked for surgery next week. Im have 450cc HP Overs as i have enough skin. They will recommend what will suit you as everone is different. Unders are reallu for people with 0 breast tissue and the pain is alot worse.

I would just say book for a consultation hun and see what they say. Have a size and a look in mind aswell hun. Asin natural or fake ect.
    Good luck xxx

    Hi Jane
I was a 34 C/D cup, I breast fed 3 children and wanted a natural, full breast look. I had 350/375 high profile overs with Dr Traynor just over a month ago. I am very happy with the results and they look and feel natural. I will post a before and after picture for you. if I can…

Thank you so much for your replies guys! And Becki your boobs look amazing! Becki thanks for adding me. I’m just trying to work out how to view your pics. Lol. Yes it is such a big decision. No one in my family would dream of cosmetic surgery so I’m feeling pretty judged by everyone at the moment. Lol

I’ve breast fed 3 kids so it will be interesting to see what Traynor advices to me. I’m thinking i would need under as my skin is quite thin these days xx

Jane no need for u to tell anyone, although my boobs look big with clothes on they still look natural, no one seems to have noticed which I am very happy about. But I don’t wear low cut tops etc, I think if I wanted to show them off I could. So if you go for a natural size don’t feel like everyone will notice, they won’t and u don’t have to tell them if u don’t want. Your body, your choice, no one else’s business.

Yeah I know what you mean, it’s more feeling like i’m being judged by my mother for example. I live with her at them moment so she would know i was having it. The last time i spoke to her she said she thought it was vain and ridiculous! Lol. but I know i’ve got to not care what people think and do what makes me happy. I’m not sure whether to wait until i’ve reached my goal weight, do you think this is wise? I’ve only got about another stone to lose. Do you think I should wait? Or do you think that a stone weight loss wont make much difference to how they look? Also, at the consultation, do they try to pressure you into booking something there and then? Or is is quite relaxed?

    Thanks again! xx
