New boobies! Op yesterday!

Hey girls, I had my op yesterday! 425cc I’m my right and 375 in my left due to asymmetry! I was horrendously ill from the anaesthetic yesterday but I feel fine now except for being sore and uncomfy!

My boobs look good in the sports bra. They are wonky, different shapes and sizes and my left is up by my chin. They’re also like point torpedos! I know it’s very early days and with d&f they will start to look better!
Does anyone have any photos of maybe what they were like straight after the op and how they have changed?just for a bit of reassurance!

I had my ok yesterday and was led to believe I’d be on antibiotics all I got sent home with was codine is that right? I hope your not too sore today

Yeh i have been told i will be sent home with antibiotics aswell? Let me nl if you find the answer.

Hi Hun I’m only a week po but mine have changed a lot in such a small time. They’ve dropped a bit so don’t feel like they’re sitting under my chin anymore lol and very slightly have softened, maybe due to the swelling going down a bit so they are less pointy and more rounded. Please do not judge they way they look now they won’t look anything like that in a few days then their change again and change again after that. ive got pics of mine on op day and then last night if you want me to send them to you to show you the difference to give you some reassurance. Roxanne.. I got sent home with antibiotics, paracetamol and ibuprofen so I don’t have a strong painkiller really. I think different surgeons use different things. Like I don’t have any strapping or anything on at all.

I’m not in too much pain just discomfort mostly when I first stand up and try and move my position in bed. Back and bum are really sore though from sitting in upright in bed! X

@ Roxanne yes you should have been given anti biotics I was if I were you I would get in touch with your nurse as the last thing you want is an infection x x

He said i could take the strapping off today too 1dpo. I’ve spoke with the nurse and she said because he’s new she’s going to see what he says and call me back. Myself and the nurse have agreed to leave the strapping on until I see her next week!

yes you should have anti biotics. Still very early days, you have had big implants so they will feel really stretched and swollen, will take time to settle. I am sure they will look brill when they have calmed down. I had mine done 2 days ago and I just want them to settle down and feel normal. Have to be patient haha xx

He gave me antibiotics through the iv during surgery so I don’t need them now apparently. I’m not taking the strapping off like he said I’m too sore for that the nurse said she will do it when I see her, I’m not too impressed with the lack of communication or the difference in opinions between the surgeon and mya

I’m sure the anethstatist gave me it before he administered the anaesthetic ?? but I was still given a full course of antibiotics after with ibuprofen & paracetamol , I wouldn’t be impressed either Roxanne you need straightforward advice not conflicting between professionals x x
