Well I’m a keen gym goer and was a fitness instructor for 7 years and I definitely recommend sticking to what the doctor says and not rushing back to the gym. Hard I know but it’s just for the best. I had 385cc unders on Wednesday and the pain is bad! I’m gonna start back with light work, probably recline bike after about 5 weeks. And definitely no resistance for a while, it’s just not worth it.
